7. Data Retention

We retain your account information as long as you keep your account open or as needed to provide you Services. This includes data you or others provided to us and data generated or inferred from your use of our Products and Services. In some cases, we may not retain some data you provided, which we believe will not influence your future use of our Products and Services. In some cases, we may choose to retain certain information in a depersonalized or aggregated form.

We will retain audio files only for the time necessary to complete voice protection services. After that, the files are securely deleted. Please remember to download the results if you need them as we will not store them.

8. Children's Policy

Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that a child’s data has been collected, we will suspend and remove it promptly. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

We are not responsible for the practices employed by websites or services accessible from the Site, including the information or content contained within these websites or services. We permanently delete account information, including any project, media, audio, or text information uploaded by you, within 30 days of account termination, except as noted below.

We retain your personal information even after you have closed your account if it is reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, charge uncollected fees, ensure security, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms of Use, fulfill your request to “unsubscribe” from further messages from us, or your information is necessary to protect other users and OfSpectrum Group’s rights.
